Sold Out After Crisis Review

My review of Sold Out After Crisis
I got the package, went over the material, and here's my assessment of what's in it.

First, the author is Damian Campbell, a man who appears to be concerned with the direction of our country and educating people about the importance of preparing in case there ever was a major event.

There have been mixed reviews about Sold out after crisis, so I will do my best to be straight forward about what I liked and didn't like.

This is a digital product, meaning that the contents are in PDF format. You download it to your computer and can read the guides in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

The introduction to the 37 Critical Food Items begins with establishing the importance of being prepared, and does remind you that everything can change in a heartbeat. While some would say this is a scare tactic, I didn't feel that it was presented that way.

The beginning of Sold out after crisis has you start in small steps by educating you about important items that you have around your home that you should set aside starting now. These mainly include documents that you may have not thought of, but then he goes onto list what you should have in a Bug out bag.

Then it gets to the good stuff, which is based on the items that are most likely to be gone during a crisis, whether they are easily stored, their nutritional value and of course shelf life.

He also educates us about the enemies of shelf life for food storage and how to become mentally organized about your food stocks. But Sold out after crisis contained a lot of items that weren't just food, which was a nice touch. From hygiene essentials, first aid items, cleaning supplies and important gear - there was a lot covered in the 37 Critical Food Items that weren't JUST edibles.

From here there is a lot more information. Bartering, if you're too late where to get stuff, where to keep your items, proper storage - very good.

What you won't like about Sold Out After Crisis is it's simplicity. What you will like is it's completeness. If you've been in the game of long term food storage and survival supplies stock piling for a while now, then this will be nothing new to you.

If however you don't know how to get started, this is a very complete resource of information that will help you get your head straight.

Sold out after crisis will teach you..

1. What items you need to focus on

2. How to store them

3. How to preserve them

4. How to cook and prepare items during a time of crisis

5. Getting into the groove and practicing

6. Where to store these 37 critical items for longevity and to save space

7. Important item lists that aren't food needed for survival

But the organization of the guide is also just as important. Sold out after crisis is well laid out. There are lists of items, everything is organized for clarity and the left-hand side is a menu with categories and drop down features to help you navigate to a section that you wanted to touch base on. I found this very important.

Then there is a complimentary guide on just Food Storage. It goes over how to save money, where to get the best deals, types of containers to use and how to use them.

Another guide that comes with it is DIY Energy Options. This would be for sustainable living of course. It's a good guide, but doesn't go into a lot of detail. For instance, there is a section that covers building a solar
panel. It has a parts list along with pricing. Then there is a tools list. It teaches you how to layout your panels for the best output, and goes over wattage, volts, amps and how the layout plays an important part in this.

Sold out after crisis shows you how to build a solar panel, which is awesome! BUT, it does not show you how to set it up, which will require further research. Still, for me this was a huge hurdle and I didn't know how to get at least the first part done, so this was helpful.

And there was another section on using wind power. Again, this doesn't go into exceptional detail, but it's a good introduction to what you need and what you need to think about. From here you could probably find some books that will go into more specifics.

Finally, there are 2 more guides that come with Sold out after crisis. One is about ways to purify water. Very good. The other is about sustainable gardening, also good. It goes over indoor vs outdoor gardening, hydroponics and aquaponics and gives lots of tips, but of course this isn't as complete as it could be.

But these are bonuses and they do add a lot more value to the 37 critical food items.

I give 4 stars to Sold Out After Crisis
